ISLAH ASSAKAN

"ISLAH ASSAKAN Original" is an individual loan product designed for clients wishing to finance renovation, repair, expansion, division, or water and electricity connections for an existing home. The loan is meant for financing renovation, repair, expansion, division, or connection to water and electricity services for a residence. The estimated duration for the work should not exceed one month. (Between 3,000 MAD and 50,000 MAD.)

Target Population:

  • 1- Prospective Micro-entrepreneurs: These are micro-entrepreneurs who have not yet used the Micro-Credit offered by the foundation. Micro-entrepreneurs who are clients of the Foundation, with no outstanding loans: These are micro-entrepreneurs who have previously subscribed to a loan from the Foundation but have no current credit.
  • 2- Employees: From the private or public sector, with a low income and no current credit with the foundation or any other Microcredit organization.
AL MILKIA

ALMILKIA is an individual loan reserved for financing the acquisition of apartments, land plots, or housing construction. It is aimed at low-income populations who do not have access to bank credit. It serves for financing the purchase of a home, apartment, land plot, and/or the construction of a residence as part of the program subject to the agreement. (Between 3,000 MAD and 50,000 MAD.)

Target Population:

  • Micro-entrepreneur heads of households who are impoverished and do not have access to bank credit, located in old medinas, city outskirts, informal neighborhoods, slums, etc.
