BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Composition

  • The President of Banque Centrale Populaire
  • Three representatives from BCP
  • Three representatives from BPR
  • One administrator

Powers

  • Appoints the General Director
  • Has general authority over the operation and development of the Foundation

Meetings

  • Meets at the initiative of its President at least twice a year

Meetings

  • At least once a year and whenever the Foundation's Board of Directors deems it necessary

AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE

NOMINATIONS AND REMUNERATIONS COMMITTEE

GENERAL DIRECTOR

  • Appointed and dismissed by the Board of Directors
  • Responsible for the daily management of the Foundation
  • Serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors
  • Implements the decisions of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly

Organizational Structure

The FBPMC is led by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors, primarily composed of bankers deeply involved in social economy and regional development. The Banque Populaire Group is the main donor of the Foundation.

General Assembly

Composition: All active members (Regional Popular Banks and Banque Centrale Populaire)

Powers

  • Elects the members of the Board of Directors
  • Defines the general directions of the Foundation
  • And generally decides on all important matters of the Foundation

Meetings: At least once a year and whenever the Board of Directors deems it necessary
